Use earbuds, headphones, or simply play it aloud from your mobile or tablet ,  whatever feels most comfortable for you.

The first time, you may want to listen fully. After that, it’s perfectly fine to drift off to sleep, your subconscious mind continues listening and absorbing all the positive change.
