MindTime for Young Minds specialises in helping 8 to 11 year olds achieve their goals by overcoming internal barriers. Through Mindset Coaching, Hypnotherapy and understanding easily how our mind works, I act as a guide to assist young people to make positive change. 


Mindset Coaching and Hypnotherapy is the fastest way to make positive and lasting changes, using the science of neuroplasticity and combining the most effective NLP principles with CBT, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy to create a uniquely powerful therapy that allows people to gain lasting freedom from their issues in as little as one session.

Working together over a 42-day period, we will first identify the issue, then begin to remove any old unwanted patterns of behaviour, such as anxiety, worry, over-thinking and negative thoughts.  

Each session is confidential, personalised, and completed in the comfort of your own home over via ZOOM or GOOGLE MEETS virtual platform.

The MindTime online program is designed for enhancing your child's experience and learning how the mind works.  The online program is set  a set of simple and easy daily exercises which last no longer than 10 minutes maximum per day.   The exercises can also be complete individually by your child or in a group or family setting. 

Sian's mission is to create an empowering experience, leaving the young people she works with with a new sense of calm, self-belief, and inner confidence.
