The first six stories are all together at the start of the program, but a new story will be delivered each night after that. This repetition helps build their confidence. ๐ง Your Bedtime Recording As a parent, you also have your own bedtime recording to listen to each night. This will help you feel more peaceful and relaxed, making it easier for both of you to sleep and start the next day feeling lighter. โจ Your One Good Thing You can add your own โone good thingโ about your child in the program, as it will ask you to share this every night! โจ Important Tip: Keep the focus positive.
